  • General/Civil Mediation (20-Hour) Seminar ($849 Value)
  • Divorce and Family Mediation (40-Hour) Seminar ($1399 Value)
  • Building a Profitable Mediation Practice ($349 Value)

After your purchase is complete, you will receive instructions by email for registering online for the seminar dates and locations that work best for you. If you do not receive these instructions within 1 business day, please call 800-237-3476.

Unlimited Seminar Pass holders can register for any seminar, at any time. If your schedule changes, you can re-schedule to another session without penalty. Pre-registration for each seminar is required at least one day in advance for planning purposes. If a seminar is already listed as "sold out" online, passholders can still register -- and are guaranteed a seat -- if the passholder registers at least 30 days in advance. Guaranteed seats in sold out seminars are a great benefit of being a passholder!

If you are not sure you can attend all the seminars you want in a 12-month period -- or if you want to spread your seminars out over a longer period for CLE credit or other reasons -- you can extend your pass at the time of purchase to 24 months for an additional $399. The 24-Month Upgrade option is only available at the time of purchase. With the 24-Month Pass Upgrade, in addition to registering for the courses currently scheduled, you will also be able to register for any additional classroom courses we schedule before your pass expires. (We add at least one new course every calendar year!)

If you need a Seminar Pass for 2 or more people in your firm or organization, please consider the Group Unlimited Seminar Pass.

Would you like to extend your pass to 24 months?
  • When Does it Start? When Does it End?

Your 12-month pass begins on the first day of the first seminar you attend as a passholder.  It will expire at the end of the same month, one year later. (If you purchase the 24-Month Upgrade, it will end on the last day of the same month, two years later.)  For instance, if you purchase the Unlimited Seminar Pass on July 1, 2020 and you attend a seminar for the first time on October 1, 2020, your Unlimited Seminar Pass would expire on October 31, 2021. If you purchase the Unlimited Seminar Pass with the 24-Month Upgrade, your pass would expire on October 31, 2022.

If left entirely unused for 12 months after purchase, the pass will expire 12 months from the purchase date.

  • Refund Policy

You may cancel your Unlimited Seminar Pass for a full refund (less a $50 administrative fee) 21 days prior to the first seminar that you register to attend as a passholder. After this period, your pass is non-refundable. As always, your 12-month pass period (or 24-month period with the upgrade) begins on the first day of the first seminar that you actually attend.

  • The Pass is Non-Transferable

Prior to attending your first seminar, the Unlimited Seminar Pass may be transferred to another person. However, once an individual attends a seminar, the pass becomes non-transferrable and may only be used by the person designated. Passholders may attend any of our classroom seminars. (It does not apply to online courses). If you need a Seminar Pass for your law firm or group, please consider the Group Unlimited Seminar Pass.
