ABOUT THE COURSE
The Domestic Violence in Mediation Seminar is a comprehensive 2-day, CLE-approved mediation training seminar that will focus on the unique challenges of mediating cases where domestic violence is or has been present. Individuals who complete this course will satisfy the domestic violence training requirements of the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution and will meet the statutory requirements regarding the mediation of cases involving domestic violence (See ALA CODE § 6-6-20).
